That could be Medication you have to take or took, Heart disease
low Blood Pressure.

If your bradycardia is symptomatic then you will get a pacemakerin a cath lab, in the emergency room or ambulances they give you something called atropine, dopamine, and/or isuorel through IV to speed up your heart initially long enough to get you to the cath lab for a pacemaker. There could be alot of problems that could cause this. If your heart rate is just slow for instance in the upper 50s like 56bpm and you are a fit person and young with no symptoms this could be normal for you!. see a doctor if you are concerned call 911 if its slow and symptomatic
