What Graphics Program can edit Fonts?

I used to make my own fonts with some graphics program.. I thought it was Corel Draw but I can't that option in Corel 9.. was it in an older version? or is it in another graphics editing program like Harvard Graphics or Serif's Drawplus?

Hmmm... I don't think Adobe Illustrator is the one I used.. I'm not sure that I've ever had it.

All do something different but get the job done that you need.
