Foster. He should get much of the workload vs. Cleveland, especially goalline. Parker won't have much action vs. SD.

Any other week I would say Parker, but he's going up against a strong SD defense. Go with Foster

Start Foster, tough one though, he gets the nod because of strength of opponent. The Cle Def makes me want to lean in that direction. Good Luck

i myself would start foster because willie parker is against a tough charger team and deshaun is against cleveland.
