The release date of the PS3 is quickly approaching, and I'm interested in getting one, although it probably won't be right away. My question is can you switch out the hard drives in these with normal ones like computers use? I figured I'd just buy the cheaper of the two ps3's, and then buy like a 120gb hard drive whenever I wanted. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

The 80gb will play PS2 video games, even with the indisputable fact that the 40gb received't. in case you do not really care about taking section in PS2 video games then the 40gb is the thanks to bypass. in case you in simple terms plan on observing blu-ray and taking section in some PS3 video games, then 40gb is more suitable than adequate. you'll actually have sufficient room left over to receive stuff from the playstation keep.
