I hate the misuse of words that are un-necessary and phrases too. Some of my pet ones are:--
The coplete lack of the letter 't' in a sentence, eg 'I went to a par'y on Sa'urday then went to watch Uni'ed.
Obviously
Literally
No way
As I said
Having said that
You can turn around and ...
You know
Do you know what I mean?
Are you with me?
I, myself, personally
See you later
In a word (then say dozens)

there are so many! The prime offenders are "24/7", "paradigm shift" or "pushing the envelope". I know the last two are from a previous century, but still as irritating to me as the first time I heard them. I also hate "Yada, yada, yada".

we base our rent on the economy not what you make on your job, not based on the real raise that people get, but based on how much money we can steal from you.

"It happens"

That is so rude to say when someone is feeling down on themselves.
