Of course you can. But you will have to file the correct paper work with your city, state & federal so you don't get fined.

Sure, you can do that... I see many ads in my phone book that way right now... NONE are registered names or trademarks. You'll have to probably register your business in the community, but that's just usually a nominal fee for a business license. Good luck in your business.
