bought a new vehicle and the same day I had to have it towed to another dealership. Dealership will not be able to look at it for several days. should I try to go the original dealership and try to get a new vehicle?

I never heard of returning a new car that broke down and getting a different new car. I think the best you can hope for is repair without cost to you, covered under your warranty. That is, unless you have Lemon Laws in your location, which might be in effect under the circumstances. But for the Lemon Law to apply, you generally have to have the car repair four or more times for the same malfunction, without success. Also, Lemon Laws vary in their application from state to state.

i own a repair shop,and if you bought a new vehicle and it broke down on the first day id be a little up set my self,i think id get another vehicle ,this is a bad sign to start off like that with a new one,good luck with it,sounds like you need it,i hope this help,s.

I think you are getting close to the lemon law. Look at your purchase contracts. I doubt you can return your vehicle. But they may fix it for you if there are problems.
