Tuesday I started feeling sick (tired, feeling of going to vomit but I won't vomit and headaches). Yesterday I felt like a running nose and I found little blood on the tissue. Can anyone tell me why this happened? I never had nose bleeding until yesterday

My guess is that you have sinus problems, get to your doctor as soon as possible.

I have allergies year round, but it's gets bad in the summer time, when pollen counts are up, so blood on the tissue when I blow my nose is a normal thing for me. Unless it's chronic and your nose is bleeding more than it's not, I wouldn't worry about it. Could be just too dry in your house, could be you blew your nose too hard (my son does that) could be your nasal passages are just irritated. If it happens again, you might try a bit of saline solution up there, to moisturize the nostrils. You can get it spray bottles a lot like the regular spray medicines.

Go get checked out. Have a full medical. Could be anything. Get checked just to make sure nothing is wrong.

sounds like you may have some rhinitis . maybe a cold or allergies go to the dr. and find out what's up good Luck
