just use some foundation and a lot of black mascara a little black eyeliner

firstly, for the hair , it is better to have long and dry looking hair . as pirates are supposed to have the "dirty look", lots of eyeliner around your eyes and use dark coloured eye shadows like black or grey to give a smokey touch. if you're not that tan , go tan ! :D of course you can always wear the half pirate mask if you want . give it a natural pirate look . dont overdo it :)

a lot of eyeliner a little mascara and put some dirt from your front yard on your face. I dress like a pirate every day and that really works.
