Is it possible to create new facial bones(Zygoma, cheekbone.etc)copying the other side and replace them?

I asked a friend of mine who does reconstruction procedures. He says they can take live bone from the hip area, Then that area will be treated with donated bone. (Do you need to know where the donated bone comes from?)

Yes, plastic surgeons use molding compounds to make a structure mold of your face. It take a few surgeries and many bone screws. Are you have reconstructive surgery? If so good luck!
