what are scrap metal buyers requirements in portland oregon?

i have alot of scrap: old logging equipment,old trucks,.cable ,etc.

contact the scrapt metal buyer it will be listed in the phone book there .in the yellow pages. my opion?

i would take it to a scrap stores. if the wires are covered, you have to strip them, i know i did this before. unless it is copper wires or other kinds. you should check with the scrap buyer and etc. it should be in the phone book. i think it is close to powell street on the east side.
