There is pretty much no way to watch the series for free on a single channel this year. Check which country is playing the match. When you go to tv4all.com and select one of the 2 countries. Chances are that there might be a channel that is airing the match cause their country is playing and if not then you can watch the official video highlights at www.iccchampionstrophy.com
