It has been shown that more than 50% of the people on death row are not guilty
It is easier to convict an innocent man than a guilty one
making someone wait 20 years to be put to death is cruel and unusual punishment!

It is murder going by a different name. Taking a life is taking a life - period. Whether done by a sicko in a school or approved by a judge after a jury hearing, it is ending a life.
