There currently are no gps pda's w/ a 3 mpix camera. Your best bet is the HP IPAQ 6515, (gps pda w/ 1.3 mpix, SDIO capable for wi-fi) Nokia is coming out with a 5mpix camera gps pda, but not for a while, and it will be costly. Check gsmarena.com for more choices

yeah you can go for the latest HTC P3300 which comes with a built-in GPS navigator TOM TOM 5 navigator. it will come soon. just wait a bit, and u will get the best GPS *** PDA
