what can a model do to make your job easier and what do you like?
I'd really like to get hired out more so I would like to get feed back. Thanks!

It helps if the model looks like they actually want to be there and are not just waiting for times up on the stop watch. I remember the models who did interesting poses more than ones that just went through the motions.

it also helps if the model loves their own body.

just try not to move! we have this 1 guy at my school (who is a professional artsit model) but every 5 minutes he is taking a drink from his waterbottle or something. We have other models who are much better at holding the pose! I know its difficult (i've posed for friends) but that is the biggest thing!
ALSO-for gestures, change it up as much as possible and dont always, say, face the window. Kind of turn to a different corner of the room each time so there are no "bad" seats! Then do like, bending over, leaning back, twisting right, crouching down...
you go girl!

be really professional and you'll stand out. having a knowlege of life drawing helps. variety is nice. good expressions, and a variety of posing. always undress in a private area and always emerge in a robe. wear the robe to and from the stage. have a clear communication with the instructor/ leader and absolutely do not engage in conversation or eye contact with the artists.

Artists need an interesting subject.Make sure to arrive promptly.ask what you need to wear or hair style recommendations. I assume you are a clothed model. Do not move. Ask the artist about positioning or facial features. Basically be whomever they need you to be.

Don't move! That's the best thing you can do. When you have to take a break make as many mental notes as possible on the pose your in and make sure you get back into it as close as possible.

Hold the pose and not be outrageously ugly. Some of the people they pulled in off the street at my school...god, it was not pretty. And I mean, sometimes you want to draw an ugly or morbidly obese person because it's just interesting, but not all the time.

Actually I think it helps if you do Yoga. We had one guy who was a ballet dancer and would hold Yoga poses while singing opera. That was interesting.

what area do you work? Do you have a portfolio or a photo (clothed) of your face and body? Need to make that available, maybe via e-mail or on your 360 site

Just to hold the pose. Sorry, the professor chose our models, they didn't ask our preferences.

relax and keep as still as possible. Imagine you are on holiday on a beach and not in a studio.

Good luck.
