i dont care about an official official credit card, i mean a DEBIT card

To get a debit card, you have to have a bank account. It doesn't matter your age, if under 18, you need a co signer. The bank will issue the card.

I think it is 18 do to contract regulations. However, you might able to buy prepaid debit cards from a store or a Simon malls.
You can also get savings and get a debit card without the credit card symbol but that is limited to 6 withdraws or 3 point of sale purchases a month. Some banks may allow you to get this card with a checking account.
I do like the Simon mall gift card it has very few fees.
Purchase Fee, Monthly fee after 6 months (New York 12 months)
Shipping Charge if ordered online. Maybe a customize card fee.
It is not reloadable.

You get a debit card from your bank after you setup a checking account, I think you have to be 18

you have to be 18 to get an credit card but don't buy it while Ur in college my mommy always say that because then you will have to pay all them bills so wait after college to get 1

to get an official credit card you have to be 18. but your parents could get you a prepaid.
