Depends on my mood.
Sometimes I'll read, but if get into a good video game, I wont pick up a book for a week or more.
I also like to sit on my garden bench swing and watch the birds and the clouds and just enjoy nature, doing nothing at all.

You need to relax and plan your day or whatever time activities ahead of time. I usually take time to read during my spare time, apart from gaining more knowledge on a number of things, you relax your mind and body, listen to slow music and have fun.
I like to visualize a giant swamp cooler turning on in Hell.
