Bill Oddie, with Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke-Taylor, formed the 1970s comedy trio, 'the Goodies'. When they split up, Bill Oddie followed his love of nature into making documentaries about bird-watching, etc. Unlike many celebrities who front documentaries, Bill Oddie has a genuine knowledge and passion about nature & wildlife.

Bill Oddie used to be in a tv comedy sketch show called the Goodies in the 1970's. He is currently a presenter of wildlife programmes and things on BBC1.

Bill Oddie is the bird watcher fell off TV, does lots of wildlife programmes, I remember him better for when he was in The Goodies in the 70's.

'WHO IS BILL ODDIE?' o dear o dear o dear, yes its true that he may only be a bird watcher now, but he was also one of the Goodies back in the 1970's, which just happened to be one of the best things on tv at the time, there are two dvd's available at the moment, and they still make me laugh now 30 years later.

he used to be in a comedy scetch show called the goodies in the 70's (like monty python for kids) more recently he has become known as a nature presenter especially those involving birds (for which he has a passion about)
