Does Vitaman B12 help clear pimples or is it V B6? If both dont work then what Vitiman is it?

Ive always heard that one of these B vitamans help clear pimples but am not sure wich one...

I can swear by liquid zinc. If you cant get the liquid then tablets. Zinc has amazing healing qualities and also will help if you have any sores or if you are just plain unwell. I take it whenever I get sick with sore throat or infections... Get better then so much quicker :)
