Hopefully you are telling the truth and not coming on here acting like a jerk. Let the police know. The police take this kind of thing VERY seriously. You can file an anonymous report.

That is scary, and I wish I had a good solution for you. It may be time to get your parents and the police involved in this matter, but again, that could make things worse. I wish you well and if you pray or do any kind of spiritual healing I would call on that now. Also, it is a horrible feeling to walk around scared. Resolve yourself to standing up to the face of danger, IF you are confronted with it, DO NOT go looking for it, often when we face our fears, they go away. So steel yourself for the worst possible scenario but don't shrink or hide from it, face it.
I have a little "trick" I do which is I imagine myself being surrounded in white light. White light is said to protect us. Maybe the only way it helps is because we FEEL protected but it can't hurt.
