I only want these to add to my collection. Does anyone know where I can find a switchblade, a butterfly knife, nunchucks, blowguns, crossbows, or throwing stars?

Switchblades, you can try an Army store near you. I'm not sure about where you live but where I live, they stock the smaller jackknives aka Swiss army knives.

Go to a gun show.
There are usually vendors who display all sorts of weaponry for sale. I've seen all those items at gun shows.
