Sorry to say this but I think you will not find it now- if you remember where you lost it for example, in a store or building- go to that store lost & found office and see if they have something there, if in a building ask the building guard about. If you mislaid it somewhere where you live double check and search. The only thing you can do is to render the phone useless by having server block anyone using your sim card number and have the store where you purchased it block the serial number- this way the phone will be dead. No one can use it.

You can get your lost mobile by reporting it to the police. You can also report to the company of SIM card which you have.

Depends on the country you are in & your network provider. In some countries you can report to the police who work with the network operator to trace the phone.Technically its possible, though most networks avoid committing themselves to doing it.Sometimes it might not be worth the effort. My advise is to talk to your operator first

Law demands that you report the matter to the police-1.2- It will save you from police investigation if/when the finder commits a crime with it.3-mention its EMI no. in your report to the police and submit a copy of the FIR to the coy.eg.Tata,Idea,BSNL .This will take time but you will get it back.if and when it is used.
