Right now our government is in the middle of an agreement with the Department of Commerce and the USTR that affects the retail industries ability to import goods from Vietnam. Many people will think, "Who cares." Well, you should. The retail industry employees millions of American workers. If this agreement goes through, there will be an huge increase in the cost of goods, and there will be massive layoffs in the retail industry. This was a behind the scenes hand shake agreement that took place without the consultation of the retail industry. Protect your right to have affordable goods and a job. This is only the tip of the iceberg, folks. They will go after other industries as well, and you will have no say so in the matter. Prepare for life behind the iron curtain. You wil be paying $20 for an apple and standing in breadlines before our government is through. Contact your Congressman and State Reps. Let them know that you expect them to represent your best interest today.
