About once a month my husband will tell me that he'll be home right after work which is usually anywhere from 10PM to Midnight depending on the day. Instead he goes to the bar get totally plastered and walks home leaving our truck in town. He'll get home and make a ton of noise getting into the house that wakes me up. When I ask if he just got home he says no I've been here. I a very light sleeper so I know when he gets home. He usually does this when I have to be up early to go to work. I don't mind that he goes to the bar and I'm very glad that he doesn't drive home, but why does he feel the need to lie about it?

WELL, THE BEST U CAN DO IS TALK TO HIM ABOUT THAT. THE KEY TO A GOOD RELATIONSHIP IS HONESTY AND COMMUNICATION! TELL HIM THAT U DON'T MIND HIMVISITING THE BAR AFTER WORK AND HE DOESN'T NEED TO LIE OR MAKE UP EXCUSES.AFTER ALL, U R A TEAM AND U SHOULD DEAL WITH UR PROBLEMS TOGETHER!

Watch out cause my boyfriend of 4 years just dumped me for someone else (he works with her). This all started when he would go out to the bar with his "friends" and come home late in the morning. I didn't know he dumped me for her until I walked into the bar yesturday and he was kissing her (we just broke up on Monday). Now that I think about it, that is what he was doing all along! It sucks, but men are GOOOOOD liars. He was.

It's something only he could answear you.. If it bothers you to much, you should ask him about it. You should always be able to communicate with your husband.
