I'm guessing the question is - "At what times of the year do you, Spring forward and Fall Back?
The answer is April 2nd and October 29th. They usually want you to set your clocks forward by one hour in the Spring at 2:00 a.m. (ante meridian) and set it back by one hour in the Fall at 2:00 a.m. (p.m. = post meridian)
I knew this one woman (blonde, of course) that would set her alarm clock so she could wake up at 2:00 in the morning just to set her clocks back. Silly woman. :)
