As June is the traditional month for a wedding, and being a virgin on your wedding day is also traditional, it means you are overcome with emotion to do something you been looking forward to for a long time and it is socially acceptable. You've done everything right.

A June bride is never going to experience a more emotional charged day than the first day of the rest of her life, and the possiblity of becoming a wife a lover and a mother all on the same day.

It means you're about as hot and bothered as you ever expect to be in your entire life.

i would imagine its because june is a lovely month to get married, and a feather bed is nice and soft..and it maybe is refering to after the bride gets married what she will do in the feather bed?

My grandma used to say she was fine as frog hair, or i will be like a duck on a junebug..
