I think you are mistaking Yahoo! Answers for an accommodation agency. You'll have to take some responsibility for your own life and do your own research - try a search engine for a listing of letting agencies in the Sutton/Carshalton area (I assume you wish to rent, rather than buy). Then make contact. It'll be better if you are in the area and visit the agency, otherwise you will always be just too late - demand for property is high in most places of Greater London, with potential tenants ready to snatch up what accommodation becomes available. This is also true of the leafy suburbs.
By the way, Surrey is not synonymous with cheap, you know.
A further thought - if you meant hotel/guest house accommodation, then perhaps you might have said. But there again, maybe you are an American - thinking does not come easily, eh?
