No, sperm needs to be in a warm environment. It can't survive that long out of the body.
In future, please wash your hands after masturbation - just think of all those things that you touched after doing what you did - yikes!!!

no as the sprem life span would have ended sperm can only servive up to two days but not outside of the body they need fluid to be kept alive and by the next day they would have dried and died so no if your worried get tested.
