sounds crazy but works wonders. witch hazel. i would have never known . but i am a pre-school teacher. i have a child in my class in which all you have to do is look at him funny and he bruises (lol). well as my shift started i went to gather my kids and this child and another running bumped heads. immediately the bruise and the bump began. this child's mother is super protective. so my day was looking glum, a pre-k teacher offered witch hazel to put on it. so i figured couldn't hurt. with in 15 minutes nothing was there. was miraculous. it looks and applies just like rubbing alcohol. try it wouldnt hurt and good luck!!

Hirudoid cream is very good for reducing the bruises. You can purchase hirudoid cream from your chemist/pharmacist.

Arnica cream's what you want. apply it liberally to the bruised area and it will make the bruise come to the surface much quicker, and therefore make it disappear sooner. It really works, Im as easily bruised as you and i swear by this. Good luck!!

Stop being so clumsy. lol I get bruises all the time and have no idea where they come from. I have no idea how to reduce their appearance rather than laying out in the sun (or tanning bed if it's not hot where you are).

No... Not unless you use make up to hide them.
the blood has to reabsorb by itself.
I would be more prone to tell you to investigate why you bruise so easily.
Go to the the doc and get some blood tests/
