We r try'g 4 a child now. I'm eating well and am quite healthy. On day 11 of my cycle, i noticed some white discharge, but none after that until the 26th day. The month has been quite stressful. Could this mean i am ovulating late? What should we do to conceive asap?

"What should we do to conceive asap?"

First thing get off the computer & start getting busy with your man. Other than that... I can't help with the other answers.

Good luck on the baby situation.

If your cycles are erratic, BBT charting isn't really going to help you that much since it's basically just an average of when you ovulate over a period of several cycles. Get an ovulation predictor kit from the drug store (same aisle as the pg tests) and use those. It won't guarantee you getting pg, it will just tell you the best time to try.

Try to reduce your stress level since it can hinder your chances of getting pg.

If you want to keep tracking it by your fluids, the discharge you put out when you're ovulating is clear and stretchy, like egg whites.

If you haven't yet, go see your doc and tell them you're TTC. They will do a check up and make sure things are in order for you to have a healthy pregnancy. There could be other things that are causing your erratic periods, such as thyroid problems or a condition named PCOS (bottom line there is you don't ovulate, so your periods are irregular, and you end up with cysts all over your ovaries) to name two. Your doc will help you decide if it really is stress or some underlying problem.

What's the hurry? If you're stressed and changing locations, wait until you're more stable. It will happen when the time is right.

If your trying to conceive make sure there inst anything wrong with you such as std's or anything not saying you have any but certain std's can prevent pregnance. Then go to a sperm clinic and check you husbands sperm count. sometimes its not just about the woman the man sperm has to be healthy also and has to have alot of it because it ususally is killed within the first three days.

There are now kits at the drugstore that can help you detect when you're ovulating or you could just pick up a Basal thermometer for cheap - it comes with detailed instructions.

track your ovulation time closely and make sure to be intimate as much as possible at that time because during ovulation is your best chance of conceiving. and good luck i hope you get preg.
