Conservatives are hypocritical about everything. The conservative-biased media waves the flag and shouts about God when their only agenda is making themselves richer and richer and richer. It's an "All for One...ME" mentality that doesn't want to share the wealth; they want it ALL!
After World War II, the military-industrial complex realized just how profitable 'war' could be, so they bought up all the politicians, hired lobbyists, and created special interest groups to promote 'war' at any cost. Thus, we had the Korean Conflict; the Cuban Missile Crisis; the Cold War; Vietnam and Desert Storm. To keep profits from sagging, the ginat military-industrial complex needed another war. So they created a mindset among radical Muslims that resulted in blowing up the World Trade Center twin towers, which - in turn - was reason enough for the nameless, faceless powers behind this country to order Bush to illegally and unconstituionally invade Iraq! Why Iraq? It had nothing to do with bringing democracy to that country. It had nothing to do with weapons of mass destruction. Iraq had in now threatened, provoked, or attacked the U.S.A. The Bush family had a warped vendetta against Saddam Hussein ever since the humiliation during Desert Storm, and George Bush was easily conned into believing this was his change to "settle the score". Cheney wanted all that OIL swimming underneath Iraq's sands so he and his Exxon-Mobile buddies could get richer and richer and richer.
So, the wealthy elite, lobbyists, special interest groups, oil companies, big business and the military industrial complex colluded to make 'war' happen so they could continue earning obscene profits.
Bush is nothing more than a pawn in this worldwide chess game. He doesn't have a clue what he's doing; he simply does what his handlers tell him to do, say what he's told to say, and act the way he's coached to act. That's why he was so dumbfounded when he heard the news about 9-11; his handlers deliberately hadn't told him how to react, what to say, or what to do, knowing that if they did, his deer-in-the-headlights look would give their dark secret away: the administration KNEW about 9-11, but failed to do anything to stop it.
Fox "News" is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the Republican Party, just as the Rush Limbaugh "show" is nothing more than a Nazi-inspired brainwashing for 'dittoheads' who can't think for themselves.
The conservative-biased media is part of the big business faction that rules this country and tells politicans exactly what to do, how to vote, and who will be elected.
Corruption, murder, cheating, lying, misrepresentation, and hypocrisy are flagships of the Republican Party and the entire conservative movement. -RKO-

Why don't you expose the corruption and flag waving by the media by giving us some concrete examples. As a soldier I can definetely say the media is very liberal. If you visit CNN.com today you can read a story on Iraq about a suicide bomber is Bagdad who killed at least 10 people, a dire government assesment of the political situation there and a story about an eyewitness to the alleged murder of an Iraqi civillian by several Marines. How can you call this sucking up to the war?

they shop pretending they are the liberals, what do you assume? Hermit crabs. Jonah Goldberg concept it replaced into humorous/ironic that the President with the main "Wilsonian" distant places coverage in years replaced into referred to as a fascist. particularly pondering his opinion of Woodrow Wilson. Oh God, now the regressives are speaking approximately eating little ones! Edit: Bush instructed the Weekly universal years in the past he wasn't into that "William F. Buckley" limited government conservatism variety. Jonah Goldberg used to place in writing that Bush replaced right into a Preservative, a huge government Preservative extra effective than a conservative. he's LBJ with much less of a hick accessory. Krtistol of an analogous mag suggested neocons like him could be keen to alter Democrat if the social gathering replaced into extra receptive to their forerign coverage/democracy spreading aims.

The media "sucked up to the war" because liberals voted for the war just as the Republicans. When it wasn't over in two months they went back to their liberal selves again. Fact: The media is over 70% liberal, hardly pretending as you claim.

Because they are like spoiled little children who can't accept responsibility for their own actions. The fact is most media avenues are owned by gigantic corporate conglomerates that have everything to gain by supporting these power mongering hypocrites. Take Time Warner for instance, they own newspapers, Time, Life, television networks, cable companies, music and movie companies, not to mention they owned AOL for a while.
