For the past year and a half my nerves, stress, and depression have been getting worse. Going to my doctor, he said that I could try something natural first. I decided to take Sam-e with a vitamin b supplement. Now, I feel like I'm not as emotional as I use to be. I liked being emotional, but without the nerves and stress. I don't seem to care about things as much as I use to. It's not a huge difference, but I still don't feel as much like myself. Would a supplement of just vitamin b help my depression without messing with my emotions and such?

for anxiety: GABA, St John's Wort, and Valerian. For depression: DHEA, D,L-phenylalanine, Fish oils, B50 complex, Gingko biloba, 5-HTP, Inositol, Phosphatidyl serine, and tyrosine. Methylcobalamin and Pyridoxyl-5-phosphate also might be worth a try. I always recommend a good multiple vitamin-mineral and a calcium-magnesium supplement too.

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

cut back on the sam-e a little. The idea is to keep your emotions balanced. That way you aren't a yo- yo with really high highs and low lows. Also I would try seeking a therapist... talk therapy has helped many with this mild depression.

I think you have too much time on your hands thinking about this. The most natural thing to do is exercise. One hard hour a day. That will cure most depression....

sounds like your B-12 deficient, go get a shot of it, really, i did.
