I've done this before to have both mine and my wife's MSN running.

Try opening one account with MSN Messenger, download Windows Messenger, and use it to open the other account. They'll both run simultaneously, and there is a difference between the two.

I don't know if you'll find Windows Messenger on MSN's page, but typing "Windows Messenger download" into any search engine should point you in the right direction.

Dowmload Internet Explorer 7 which comes with updated Yahoo toolbar. IE 7 lets you open pages in a new tab and you can have lots of tabs open at a time. Then you can click back and forward on the tab you need.

you should get yahoo toolbar so that you can add tabs enabling you to be on 2 or more sites at once but all in the same window!
