No. You need to see your doctor. There can be serious underlying causes for ED.

Getting more exercise might help as it can really improve the vascular system and blood flow. Medications for diabetes, heart conditions, blood pressure, and anti-depressants can all cause ED. Sometimes changing meds can help. More exercise is really a good first step - 30-60 minutes five days a week - if you don't see improvement within 30 days you might want to consult a doctor.

erectile dysfunction is very rare .If a doctor says one has erectile dysfunction then he has no choice except to prescribe a medicine .BUT BELIEVE ME INTERNATIONAL STUDIES SHOW VERY VERY RARELY SOMEBODY HAS THIS PROBLEM.One must not mix this with early ejaculation/masturbation etc.Diet etc should be reasonably ok but that does not mean that non-veg or cheese eaters have anything extra. simple chapatis are biggest energy givers.Still be open to your doctor and they will help you.

whenever u ask such questions plz be little bit attentive enough to mention ur age. if u r elderly the probablity of diabetes arises and ED is not unlikely. there are also some diseases like hypothyroidism or Lehriche's syndrome where u may suffer from ED. Plz contact ur family physician.

bizarre as it seems, yes is the answer. it all relates to your pelvic floor muscle. there are some great exercises out there, basically try to lift your bollocks up! sounds simple, but maybe tricky. find a good physio who can instruct you to use your pelvic floor (nothing pervy) and find out why you stopped using it. good luck
