well about 100 years ago you would have had the right to blow her brains out but now the bleeding heart liberals and feminist have had their way and this s.h.i.t happens. Listen get a lawyer because she is trying to push youre buttons ( "they" are really good at that aren't "they" ) anyways she's trying to make you act irrational and look out of control so she can call the police and have you arrested then when she files for custody she can get half of your pay check ( not joking )
what ever you do, do not act irrationally, do not be upset when making any decesion, because certain things can and will be looked and reminded upon indefinatly ( no threatening behaviour, violence, or unexpected visits, prank phone calls, threats ( I'm gonna kill you b.i.t.c.h )
IF YOU WANT call the police and have it DOCUMENTED that she wont let you see your kid and write a journal every day about all the crazy neurotic s.h.i.t. she does because when you go to court you can use this for your case.

that depends, are you in the USA or UK. If in the UK go to your register office and get a copy of your child's birth certifiicate then take it to a local firm of solicitors and ask to see somebody, your first half hour should be free. Take with you wage slips or if you are on benefit, proof of the benefit this will speed matters up a little. As long as your ex doesn't dispute that you are the child's father, if your name is on the BC your ok it shouldn't take too long. Dont despair you willl get to see your child.

You will more than likely need to see a lawyer. You will need to prove paternity and have the courts draw up visitation. My brother just went through this and it is a costly process. But it is well worth it in the end. He has 50% custody of his daughter and paternity was proved. The mother had no choice but to let him see his daughter. Good Luck!!!

Firstly you'll need to get a paternity test done to establish that he is well and truly your child.

You can then go to court and request visitation or, if you think it appropriate, apply for full custody. Remember, it goes a long way if you are giving your ex child support.

The only rights you have are the rights you have on paper. Get an attorney, establish paternity and then go for custody rights. Until you do that you are at the mother's mercy and whims.

Go to the nearest court house and get a court appointed attorney....you have every right in the world....she can't keep the child from you..you have legal recourse.....don't give up until you get help. If the court house won't help you go to legal aid.......you will though have to pay child support..back support from when the child was born to date and unitl he or she is 18 years old.get it all legal........written.not word of mouth...
