well usually you can see the straps along shoulder or at the back. and if the clothes are tights and the nipples are a visible then she is not wearing a bra. if the girls breasts move a lot while walking or moving, then she isnt wearing one either.

Frankly, i don't appreciate one probing other person if she is wearing a bra or not. It is a personal choice.
There are different type of bras. Some will not have straps.

go up and cup her boobs and that will tell you for sure if youe eyes are failing you. beware however; you might get the crap beaten out of you if you try this method.

if she has bigger boobs then you can prob tell. if she has a flat chest, prob can't tell...depending on how tight her clothing is...you could prob see bra lines
