It depends who is abusing you. If it's a family member, tell a trusted teacher or school counselor. If it's someone outside your home, tell your parents.

You need counseling, now!
You may think you're okay, that you're coping, that you can get over it.
Trust me, this is not something you "get over" on your own.
Most people don't realize this until they are in their 30's... so you have a head start.
Most cities have all sorts of resources for free mental health care and counseling, if money is a concern.
I also believe that you need to find the courage to talk about the abuser(s), so that they can be held accountable. Your counselor can help with this.
Start talking, telling people who care about you.... and never ever believe for one second that it was your fault. That's the hardest part, I know.
Ignoring this will only make it worse.. and the problems might not surface for another 15 years or so, or when you have kids of your own... so do yourself, your future children, your future partner or spouse the best favor and get help *now* to work through this and start to heal.
Getting help now will also allow you to be emotionally healthy enough to protect yourself from further abuse. One of the biggest problems with someone who has been abused is the likelihood that they will become "targets" for abusers without even knowing it. Don't let this be you.

This may sound a lot different, but you need to stop thinking about it and think about positive things.
What happened should not define you. Are you active in any sport. Are you a good student. Bury your head in what you are good at and let that define you.
Go to a great charismatic christian church or a gospel church.
Find a good boyfriend.
Stop ever thinking about the past, you did not have any choice in the matter. You have choices today. Choice to live your life free of any any restrictions.
