Depends on what I'm playing. I like bass better, and Pink Floyd's "Money" sounds good and allows for embellishment.
Otherwise, Frank Zappa, "A Watermelon in Easter Hay" or "Peaches III".
I'm not very talented, so the first is simple, and the second/third are somewhat obscure to society at large.

i'm not a player. i'm a listener. i love music. guitar especially. my favorite guitarist is joe satriani. not to put any others down. just preference. his work on surfing with the alien trips me out. particularly the song midnight. i can't tell if he is dubbing 2 guitars together or not. i choose to believe that he is so talented that he actually made it sound that way with one guitar. feel free to shoot my theory down. its ok i'll still love his work.

God theres so many...i guess LEPER MESSIAH by METALLICA because of the timing....BACK IN BLACK...just coz its fun....and REQUIEM by TRANS SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA(beethovens last night)....its the only song I've played where the rhythm is more challenging than the lead
