Contact the dealer you got the car from. There should be a way you could get a replacement. You'll probably have to pay something for it, but atleast you'll be able to get in your car.
Good luck with that.

Go to the GM dealership parts department with proof of ownership of your vehicle, WITH the vehicle identification numbers which are located on the inside edge of the driver's door, or on the driver's side of the dashboard near the windshield. The dealership should be able to get you a keyless remote and codes to get into your car, IF it is a factory keyless remote. If it is an after-market remote, go back to where you purchased the remote for a replacement.

Yep, what he suggested above. i might evade procuring off Ebay, generally no ensures it is going to artwork & then you definately offered postage to pay maximum in all probability the two procedures if it doesnt artwork & the hardship to bypass decrease back & forth to the dealership just to be certain the the single you purchased off Ebay doesnt artwork. in simple terms get the single from the dealership those transmitters have a bent of the internal circuit board or the battery metallic ring holder coming aside, as quickly as they do they're toast, you could assume that from Ebay!!!!!

Go to your dealer, where you purchased the vehicle, or if you're not near him the nearest Chevy dealer, and they will make a new one for you.
