I've never used the strips just because they were more expensive. I used Simple White, whitening gel, and it really did work, my teeth looked great. They weren't stark white like you see on people in Hollywood, but that's because they wear veneers...those are not real white teeth. The bottle costs about 7$ I think, maybe less, and it lasts awhile. Just follow the directions and make sure your teeth are clean and wiped dry with a towel, otherwise the peroxide won't adhear to make them white.

Yes, they work. However, if you have caps or fillings on your teeth they tend to bleach at different rates. I have a filling in one of my front teeth that doesn't bleach as effectively as the rest of my teeth so I have to be careful as the dentist matched it to the color of my teeth when she put it in.

My ex has one tooth that is capped. The rest of her teeth are beautifully white, except for the cap, which is a little grayer in tone, I think for the same reason.

i thought they slightly worked...maybe it was my imagination lol but i thought they did. took a few weeks. i had my teeth whitened at the dentist and the stuff they give you to touch up works way better!! a little higher but prob worth it
