Depends on your definition of decadent. Decadent usually means taking luxury to the extreme.
If being able to own a computer in your home in America is considered "decadent" then perhaps.
If not having to work on Saturday morning and choosing the luxury of spending your spare time on answering sometimes ridiculous questions like the above is decadent then maybe.
Personally, I think Yahoo Answers has nothing to do with decadence. Can't imagine why you would ever come up with that question. Seems rather illogical to me.

not necessarily. its a sign that you think you are smart, but are probably not. And also a sign that you are avoiding important tasks by expending time and effort on pointless questions with no financial reward forthcoming...
