You've probably been conned unfortunately. Can you not contact PayPal and get a refund (sorry, I've never used Paypal so don't know their terms and conditions).

Sorry buddy, you got scammed. NEVER pay for an antispyware program. If you feel you must pay for one then get it from a reputable company and research it thoroughly. Good antispyware programs include Ewido, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Ad-Aware SE Personal.
