if they asked you to take a drug test there is a 95% chance the job is yours until the background check and drug test come back good. companies have to pay money to have you do a drug screen . its about $65.00 and if they didn't plan on hiring you they wouldn't waste their time or money on you. so if you are not a criminal and not on drugs the job is yours.

Well, If you feel good about the results of your drug test. You got the job. Most employers will not spend the money for a drug test unless they are planning on hiring you. Good Luck!

Unless it is a job for which there is a Federal requirement to drug test this will be the last thing before you are hired. With very few exceptions the company must hire anyone that passes the drug test.

Ditto here! I believe if your are clean you are very close to having the job. When I was hired with my company I had a drug test and an FBI background check (takes a little longer). Now with them for 6 years.
As long as you know you are clean you will have no problems.

As long as they don't find anything in your system I think you got the job. The company is going to waste money on doing drug tests if they didn't think you were the person. Good luck with the new job.

Unless you fail the drug test, you have the job. The employer has to pay for drug test, so they only send people they actually want to hire.

depends on if ur test comes positive or negative lol and usually if u have to take a drug test there interested in u so ur close enough to smell the wooden floor because i'm sure ur test will probably turn out negative. good luck

It means your are being processed to be HIRED...... The only way you won't be working there by next week is if you fail the drug test.. Congrats!!! on the new job

Take it from a Human Resources manager - the company wouldn't spend the time and money having you urine tested unless they wanted to hire you. Congrats!!!
