The Monarchy of Austria-Hungary was abolished in 1918. The current head of the former ruling House is the former Crown Prince Otto von Habsburg. The Succession Law used is Semi-Salic. Therefore, there is no more in line for the Hungarian crown.

Well, the last king was Charles IV of the Habsburg dynasty (1916-1918, he's been beautified recently), but in 1918 he was forced to resign. Then we had democracy, communism, fascism, democracy, communism, and finally democracy again (from 1990).
Techinally, the successor would be Charles's first born son, Otto, who is still alive, and as a good king, he is working for the former countries of the Habsburg Empire.
