It gets really red and swollen around my lips (not on them). I have tried just about everything from going to a dermatologist, trying elidel and steroid creams, lotions to reduce redness, anti itch creams, carmex, vaseline, and everything. I don't know what else to do. It is EXTREMELY painful, more than you can imagine. If you can't help that's okay, but if you can, it would be greatly appreciated beyong what words can even say. Thanks.

First, I'd change dermatologists. Then, I'd be checked to see if I have an allergy producing this condition. (wife did) Thirdly, and this works, search for homemade lye soap. This works beautifully for me. Use Internet search or peruse Flea Markets. Good luck !

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

You should see a different doctor. I know that there is a reason for this condition. Also, you should ask this question under the medical section. Be specific with info such as: Is it there constantly? Does it only happen when you get nervous?, etc. Also, provide your ethnicity. Good luck.

Are you crazy. What are you waiting for? go and show yourself to a doctor (dermatologist). In this 21st Century, dont take so much time to decide and shy of showing it. and try home stuff.
