If I think a question is interesting and I think I can provide a valid answer, I'll answer it.
Believe it or not, some of us just like to participate. It's not about the points (which don't mean anything anyway).

I answer many of the Q asked thinking that just maybe I am helping the individual.
Fun Q. I answer for a giggle.
Rude Q. - make me made and I just give them the thumbs down.
So basically in summary cos I like to help and have fun whilst doing so.

nothing makes people.
You could argue for intriuge or or something.
Whatever intrests you is favourable to check up on and see other people views. If someone has a similar view it makes us feel less crazy.
There are however always people who will try to project their own personality onto you by answering in a derogatory manner and call you names like a child would.

no one is made to answer the questions. Most people keep looking for questions that interest them or that they feel they may be of some help to someone. Usually when no interesting questions appear, its time to go for the humorous type answer............
