Singapore will not get to very cold weather. The weather here is either hot and humid or wet & cold (rainy season). You might need a jacket if you are in a place with strong air-con like in a movie theatre, restaurants or shopping centre. No harm bringing one just in case but no need for winter wear in Singapore. Umbrella is a necessity. For my case, I like to bring a shawl wherever I go which could be useful if going to posh places and needing some cover-up for the coldness. Hope you have an enjoyable stay in Singapore : )

In the 80's and 90's. The place is smog laden at the moment with plenty of haze from the brush fires in Indonesia. That adds to the heat. Wear light clothing like summer clothes. Plenty of rain in end November and hopefully will douse the fires in Indonesia and reduce the haze in the region.

The link below is for the meteorogical services in Singapore. You can click on the links on the page for various info about the region.

The second link is the PSI for Singapore and health advisory for residents. This link is within the first link. Just highlighting it!
