It is called genetics. But, what appears to be a "perfect" figure in a magazine is not always true.

Why would you want to look like a model and not yourself? Keep in mind that modles nowadays are usually a 6ft tall anorexic chick. You don't want that, do you?
None of the professional models in the modeling industry look real. They all look like fake walking barbie dolls. The best way to get a cuter look is to be yourself - plus a little. Add a belt or a necklace or a funky hairdo to your outfit today. Add a few! Try a new color eyeshadow. If you do it that way, not only will you look great, but you'll still be you!!
Good luck!

Lots of plastic surgery is the easy way. But do you really want that? Starvation, exercise all the time. Then who is to say it is Perfect? Personally, while I think models look good in the clothes they wear on stage, I don't think they look good in real life, and I have seen quite a few. Go for the nice girl look, nice figure but not to skinny, tall is genetics, so are looks. Just try to be who you really are but be the best you can be.

Alas that is a bad figure used primarily for clothing promos.
A perfect figure is the one the Olympic athletes have.
Most model figures are drug induced with very nasty side effects. For perfection, be an athlete.

no one can ever be like a model because that is just the way our bodies are made unless you are a model. i know i have wanted that kind of body for a long time and i guess you could just work out and see what happens to your body and eat right but if you are like 16 then you won't be growing. i know i am not growing anymore.

It really does have to be genetic, I am exactly that, tall, skinny, and a model, and I wish I had more meat and a bigger booty....but its not in my genes, so there nothing I can do.

There is no such thing. We must love our figures or set an attainable goal for a figure we love. Usually rail thin is not attractive.
