I have utter sympathy with you. I have had 3 heart-attacks, and then a triple coronary artery bypass. I still smoke 20 a day. If that isn't crass stupidity, then I don't know much about it, but nothing staisfies like a smoke.

I have given-up on past occasions for several years at a time, and I still never lose the desire or craving to smoke.

Yes man, you should give-up, it's a crazy addiction, but if you don't, then I'll understand why you didn't. I just hope you don't have the heart problems like I did, and still do. I'm afraid to say, you probably will if you don't kick the habit.

Well, time for a smoke... catch you later.... TC.

YES you should and NO it isn't.

This will be one of the best decisions of your life. Depends on how long you have been smoking as to how easy it will be but make the right decision and you wont regret it. No drugs or addictions are easy to cast on one side.

Remember there is always help available.

Wishing you all the best and GOOD LUCK with kicking this filthy, unsociable, disease causing habit.

If you feel that this is the right time for you to quit smoking there are a number of ways that you can go about it. There is the "cold turkey" method, the stop smoking gum, the hypnosis treatment, and the stop smoking shot; just to name a few. You will have to do some research to decide which is best for you.

Yes you should! And it isn't.

Health reasons aside, tobacco is hellaciously expensive nowadays. Not something you need to deal with given the price of necessities.

Good luck!

If you feel that today is the right day then yes, you should stop. You are the one that needs the will power so no one else can tell you when it is right for you.

Good Luck.

Yes, i can't see why people want to smoke CANCER sticks, there really is no point except you smell of smoke, its like kissing an ashtray, and you will die young. Really doesn't appeal to me.
