For a job interview, you'll want to start by saying by what you've done most recently - if you were working somewhere, say that, if you were at school, say that. Then you'll want to explain why you want the job you're interviewing for. The trick to have this answer so practiced and memorized but to make it sound natural, not like you're reading a script.

So, a good sample would be, well, I recently graduated from XYZ university where I studied mostly major A and major B with classes in a (insert topic related to job here). I have been working with ABC company for the past (insert time frame) and there I've been (insert some job responsibilities/accomplishments) I'm interested in working here because with my education and experience it would be a great way for me to utilize my skills and benefit the company.

Now, if its a personal matter, like a date or meeting someone for the first time, you'll want to just say where you're from, what you do, a couple of things you like, etc.

Of course, it's best to always flip the table around and ask some questions about them, too!

As an company who conducts lots of interviews, as quickly as I ask this question this is far less approximately what you're saying (I already have your resume) and extra concerning the style you're saying it. What i'm observing are the words you employ, the suggestions you share, the style you shape the paragraphs, that style of element. If somebody asked me that query, i might take a 2d to think of roughly it, and then tell approximately me in a manner that shows prepared theory, suited grammar and diction.
